Destiny Ballroom is a sub company of Dedi Caters, Inc. which has served Gwinnett and surrounding counties for over 15 years, providing quality, dependable service & fabulous food to City Sponsored Functions, Local Colleges, Banks and Department stores "Grand Openings" and many Chamber Events. Robert (Bob) Pope has over 25 years experience in the food & service industry. He has gained expertise in banquets and food service through hotel and restaurant management, in such places as, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Swissotel, Occidental Grand and Hotel Nikko now the Grand Hyatt. Combining his experience with desire and hard work he founded DediCaters Catering in 1992. Over the years DediCaters has provided services to many area corporate businesses; they said when it had to be right, they could leave the details to us, Simply; companies call "Bob" when it has to be perfect.
DediCaters Catering in Lawrenceville has catered many weddings, receptions, sports banquets, senior club meetings and corporate holiday parties. After 10 years in the catering business he decided to it was time to take the next step and opened Destiny Ballroom, August 1st, 2002 with The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce providing a ribbon cutting ceremony.
